About the Machine

The machine is automatically controlled through a computer-aided automation program during the operation. The operator does not contact the machine manually in any way.

When the oil freezes in the machine, the shafts can defrost it by the automatic heating system and the system can continue to work.

The machine uses an ammonia cooling system. At desired oil temperature, the product gets ready to be filled at a pressure of min 17 Bar between 20-45 seconds.

NOTE: No pressure display is deemed required at the cylinder output. All pressures can be monitored through digital display of high-pressure pump.

The above capacities are the nominal values. It varies depending on the oil composition and water phase composition. In addition, the above nominal capacities are based on our long theoretical and practical experience in order to prioritize the plastic structure and elasticity of the final product.

Types of Oils That Can be Processed in the Machine;

  • All Pastry Oils (Burek, Bun, Yeasted pastry, General-purpose Pastry – Cake, cookies, etc., A group of hot-served pastries, etc. Cream, Baklava, Butter-Flavored pastry)
  • All Catering Groups (Frying oil, Juicy catering oil, cooking juicy oils, Butter substitute oils, etc.)
  • All Food Industry Oils (for biscuit, confectionery, toffy, fairy floss candy (pismaniye), ice cream, instant soup, cream chocolate oils, confectionery oils, dairy product oils, etc.)
  • With this facility, oils that need to be Hydrogenated CBR, CBS, and the oils with hydrogenated oil phase can only be made with the installation of IE or HYDROGENATION facility.

NOTE: The production of the above products can be possible in the event that the necessary tanks and equipment are placed behind and after the machine.
